The idea is to grow the sport so that it becomes part of the summer season

calendar

The main aim of the sport is for clubs to engage their players during the

offseason and to also promote the sport and their clubs in a social format.

Weencourage all clubs involved to use the event as part of their recruitment

forthe following year. There are many people that benefit from this event.

Local Rugby Union

· The Local Unions will get a fully managed event

· It provides the clubs with an enjoyable end of season event in a relaxed

atmosphere.

· We are introducing the sport to the public and taking the game to the people.

· It is a new way to market the game in a new environment.

Club Benefits

· It allows the clubs to continue to keep in contact with their players during the off season.

· It provides each club a platform to promote and recruit in an area not known for rugby.

· Helps clubs to keep club moral high over the off season

· Each club will be allowed free marketing space at the event

· It gives the players and opportunity to finish off the season in a fun and exciting format.
