Caterina Nicoletti is an experienced Sports Nutrition Specialist and Naturopath

holding a Bachelors Degree in Health Science, operating and consulting from the

Element Health Group.

As an educator and consultant, she has worked with clients from general fitness

through to elite professional athlete’s and specialises in the preparation and

recovery of training and competition.

In 2010 she returned from Rome Italy, where she had worked with rugby and

soccer teams since 2009.

She also consults for Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club and at Victorian

sporting events including the Pacific Cup Festival and Beach Rugby.

Caterina will be at the Melbourne Beach rugby looking after rehydration for the. 

She is a member of Sports Medicine Australia.
